-Acts 3:19,“Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.”

-Hebrews 4:12,“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

-Romans 6:16,“Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?”
□Feeling oppressed or burdened by anxiety, guilt, or shame.
▪︎Anxiety, guilt, and shame are clear indicators that something is wrong, and they can often point to spiritual oppression or unresolved emotional wounds. While not all anxiety or guilt is related to spiritual oppression, excessive or unrelenting anxiety, unproductive guilt, or overwhelming shame may be a sign that deliverance is needed.
-Psalm 34:17-18,“The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

-Daniel 10:12-13,“Then he said to me, ‘Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days...’”
□Emotional Instability, difficulty finding peace, or experiencing supernatural occurrences.
▪︎Emotional instability, such as unpredictable mood swings, intense anxiety, or depression, can be a sign that spiritual deliverance is needed, especially if it feels unnatural or outside of a person’s control.
▪︎Supernatural occurrences, such as unexplained fears, visions, or disturbances, could indicate spiritual interference or attacks.
