THE SPIRITUAL NEEDS: Empowerment for Daily Living
A. In Filling of the Holy Spirit:Essential for guidance, strength, and living a victorious Christian life.
In filling of the Holy spirit provides us with strength to overcome temptation, guidance for daily living, and boldness to live out our faith. Without the Spirit, we would lack the power to fulfill God’s calling. The Holy Spirit helps us stay on track spiritually, teaches us God's will, and enables us to grow in holiness and righteousness.
●Jesus promises that the Holy Spirit will equip His followers with power for effective living and witnessing.
-Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
●The infilling of the Holy Spirit can bring about transformation, changing our nature to align with God's desires.
-1 Samuel 10:6,"Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them; and you will be changed into another man"
